How to find a soft drink company that’s willing to give you back your hard money

Breitbart News reported that the Hardee Co. is offering to pay back your money by giving you back the hard money you made when you bought a Coke or Pepsi.

Hardee is a soft drinks company that has a history of being sued for its practices.

In 2011, it settled with the U.S. Department of Justice over a case brought by a former employee, who was told by Hardee that it would only pay him back what he paid the company for work done by the company.

The settlement, which was for $5 million, also required Hardee to offer to pay the former employee $25,000 in back wages.

Since that time, Hardee has made a number of changes, including creating a policy that gives employees a right to claim back pay for work performed while they were employed by Hardees parent company, PepsiCo.

PepsiCo’s chief executive officer Indra Nooyi recently said that Hardee was now “open and transparent.”

Hardee’s offer to settle the suit, however, comes after PepsiCo agreed to pay $8.7 million to former employees of its PepsiCo bottling plant in Michigan.

It’s worth noting that Hardees CEO, Mark Zuckerman, is a former Coke bottling employee who has been a vocal opponent of soda taxes and has previously said that hard money is an “insult” to the hard working American.

Hardees offer to refund the former employees back pay comes after the company was forced to issue a recall in 2015 for the beverage giant’s Hardee Pop brand because of a faulty manufacturing process.

According to the Associated Press, the recall was tied to a product recall of Hardee and PepsiCo Soft drinks.
